this side NEHA CHANDAK , Owner of NESCA.

Multiple times I am asked, it must have been really difficult to run a business as a woman! But fortunately, being blessed with amazing team of these strong and wonderful women has made this journey possible.

1. WHEN DID NESCA START ?

   NESCA was started on October 23rd, 2018. Our journey began as an Online store on Instagram (since 2018) and then a Physical store in Kathmandu (since 2022) . We take pride in sharing that the first clients, we dealt with then are still in touch with NESCA.

2. HOW DID NESCA START AND WHAT WAS THE INITIAL INVESTMENT ?

   Back in 2018, I travelled to Delhi and while exploring the city, I came across stunning collection of jewellery. I picked a few items, made an Insta page and started posting pictures. Our INITIAL INVESTMENT was 2000 Indian Currency and the first collection was Earrings only.

3. HOW DID NESCA GAIN ATTENTION ?

   The crazy part is, we used the "BOOST" option on Instagram, just for 3 days in our 6 years long journey. 99% growth has been through CUSTOMER REFERENCE. In the entire journey, we have taken notes on every single thing customers have suggested and made sure that execution is done asap.

4. WHAT IS NESCA's MOTTO ?

   The motto of NESCA derives from my personal experience of being bullied while growing up. So, I want every woman to feel beautiful, confident and make sure they love themselves (otherwise who else will ) . The new category i.e. clothing, has been planned to bring up confidence in women.

5. WHAT ARE THE CURRENT PLANS ?

   The plans have always been to provide UNIQUE and AFFORDABLE LUXURY RANGE into all the categories that we deal in and secondly, to work on improving and providing spectacular CUSTOMER SERVICE.
